Pakwan was founded by a group of culinary enthusiasts who recognized a gap in the market for genuine Gujarati food. While living in France, we noticed that many in our community craved the taste of home—the savory snacks, the sweet treats, and the comforting meals that make Gujarati cuisine so beloved. Determined to fill this void, we began preparing food in-house, ensuring that every ingredient was carefully selected and every recipe honored the traditions passed down through generations.
